π Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify:

Item must be in the same condition as received: unused, unmodified, with all original packaging and accessories.

You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).

Refurbished tech must be undamaged, fully functional, and not altered in any way.
To begin a return, email admin@nrd.works. Please do not send items without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
π Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring high-value items.
We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
π΅ Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover inspection, repackaging, and administrative processing.
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Digital products or software

Services (consulting, development hours)

Gift cards or promotional giveaways

Final sale or clearance items

Custom, special-order, or personalized products

Items returned after 30 days

Products that are damaged, missing parts, or show signs of misuse
π Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact admin@nrd.works within 5 business days.
We may request photos or video to support your claim. If approved, we will provide return instructions or a replacement where applicable.
π Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
π³ Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:

Weβll notify you of approval or denial.

If approved, your refund (minus restocking fee) will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
π International Orders
EU customers:
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
Outside the U.S.:
International customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the Michigan Consumer Protection Act. We reserve the right to refuse returns that violate our policy or show signs of abuse.
