5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

8. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Our Services are powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly through nrd.works, and Shopify is not responsible for any sales transactions. You release Shopify from all claims related to your use of our Services.
9. FEEDBACK & USER CONTENT
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and display that content. You agree not to post unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
10. ERRORS & OMISSIONS
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been placed.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Kent County, Michigan for any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Services.
